Hey there — I’m Jahangir, a Product Manager with a background in Software Engineering and Storytelling.
I build products that are as thoughtful as they are functional — rooted in user insights, refined through iteration, and backed by data.
My journey began in engineering, developing backend systems and financial APIs. But I soon realized my real passion was bridging the gap between users, design, and technology. Since then, I’ve worked across enterprise and startup settings — launching a centralized SSO platform at Bright Horizons, leading discovery and MVP scoping for a mission-driven fintech startup, and managing experiments to improve UX at scale.
What sets me apart is my ability to combine technical fluency with creative communication. I’ve helped product teams align around the “why,” designed GTM strategies rooted in community, and presented insights to executive stakeholders. My side projects, from video storytelling to Wikipedia bios, have always focused on clarity, accessibility, and making ideas stick.
Whether I’m mapping a new onboarding flow, tagging analytics in Pendo, or refining a PRD, my focus is the same: Understand users deeply, solve the right problem, and ship meaningful solutions.
