I rebuilt the institute's website on my own and started its LinkedIn, which I grew from zero to about 500 followers in six months. To keep the posts coming, I built FacultyPulse, which cut the weekly hunt for faculty news from about five hours to five minutes.

I joined the BH Login team, which runs sign-in for about 2.2 million users, in the middle of its migration from SecureAuth to Okta. I owned its product analytics in Pendo and FullStory, wrote stories and ran weekly grooming calls with engineering and QA for two internal products, and reconciled client data in Excel and Qlik into one migration plan. One fix I pushed for, making a required phone number optional at login, cut the share of users blocked there from 15% to zero. Failed logins fell 79% after the migration.

I worked on a client's FX risk-management platform for fund and treasury teams, building the React and D3 dashboards they use to model hedging scenarios. On the backend I added a FastAPI batch-prediction service alongside the existing Django app, cutting inference latency from ~500ms to ~50ms, and built AWS microservices that raised platform throughput 20%. I also shipped an LLM content feature that lifted engagement 40%.

Bitnine builds AgensSQL, a graph-enabled PostgreSQL database. I rebranded its admin tool, a pgAdmin4 fork, to the company's design guidelines and demoed the changes, researched Oracle SQL*Loader against EDB*Loader for the team's own loader design, and got fellow interns unstuck by fixing their dev environments.
